The establishment of BTC in the region has to be initiated and supported by local government, regional chamber of commerce, local universities or research institution. BTC as a substantial meeting point where all innovation activities including its marketing to attract investment to these region and to promote SME by mentoring or helping SME to obtain financing of innovation and also their production processes.
